Salmon, Avocado, and Rice Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 Chicken of the Sea Lemon Pepper Flavored Salmon Pouch
  • ane Package of Minute Rice Ready to Serve Jasmine Rice
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • ane Avocado
  • one cup chopped Celery
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Lime
  • ii tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • Serve over Lettuce

Instructions

  1. Kickoff by preparing the rice. Post-obit the directions on the packaging, remove the motion picture, identify the cups in the microwave and heat for 1 minute. Then pour the rice to a medium bowl and set aside.
  2. Chop the bell pepper and avocado, and pour over the rice.
  3. Add the celery and the pinkish salmon.
  4. Juice both the lemon and lime, removing any seeds. Whisk the juice into the mayonnaise to make the dressing.
  5. Pour the dressing into the basin, and toss all of the ingredients together to mix and evenly distribute the dressing.
  6. Serve right away, over lettuce.
